Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2005

Elizabeth Cooney (gave) a wonderfully flowing reading of Mozart's Violin Sonata in B flat major. Cooney and fellow violinist Jane Gordon then offered a couple of Handel sonatas and brought out the delicate intricacy and beauty of their dovetailing parts ..... fresh emotional energy and imagination to make the music sound as if it was freshly minted, rather than more than three centuries old.
